Important Dates Coming Up
Monday 4th December - Inset day for staff. School will be closed for pupils.
Tuesday 5th December - Christmas decoration workshop with parents. Letters will be given out to book your place.
Thursday 7th December - Trip to the Sherman Theatre to see 'Hansel and Gretel'
Friday 8th December - Christmas jumper day. Wear a Christmas jumper. There will also be a coffee morning for children and parents in our hall at 8:45.
Wednesday 13th December - Christmas dinner day.
Thursday 14th/Friday 15th December - Our performances of 'Happy Birthday Jesus' will be each day at 10am. Further information on tickets to follow.
Monday 18th December - Festive movie afternoon - children can bring a blanket or pillow to snuggle up and be comfy.
Wednesday 20th December - Bees class party - please bring a contribution of food or drink to share with your friends.
Thursday 21st December - Hot chocolate and cake with Santa (parents don't need to attend)
Friday 22nd December - last day of term.
Reminders
P.E. days are Monday's. Please could your child wear jogging bottoms or leggings and trainers on that day.
Our out and about days are Tuesday's and Thursdays. Please could you make sure that your child has a coat and footwear suitable for the weather. They are welcome to keep their wellies in school if you would prefer.
Your child will have a homework grid every term with suggested activities that they can complete at home.
Home reading books will be given out every Friday. Please could they be returned by the next Tuesday.
All reception children are entitled to a free school meal. You can of course send them with a packed lunch if they would prefer.
Please could your child bring a water bottle to school every day. They will be able to help themselves to this at any time during the day.
