- Friday 8th Christmas Jumper Day. Dress up in your favourite Christmas jumper or festive outfits
- Christmas Coffee Morning Friday 8th December
- Christmas Concerts: Years 5&6 will be performing their Christmas Concert on Tuesday 19th December: 1:30pm (afternoon performance) and 6:pm (evening performance).
- Christmas Party: Wednesday 20th December, bring a plate.
- Spring Term: Term begins on Tuesday 9th January.
What's new?
Our inquiry is science based this term involving materials and their impact on the Polar regions of Earth. Apart from learning about the wider properties of materials, pupils will be developing their scientific skills so they are able to investigate areas of the inquiry with growing confidence.
Pupils will be encouraged to research ideas and areas to develop their understanding of how to use Google more effectively.

Reminders
Please bring a suitable PE kit on Thursday, for example, shorts/leggings/jogging bottoms, T-shirt and trainers (all with names on please). Pupils could just wear their school T-shirts, shorts/joggers/leggings with trainers to school. NO jewellery will be allowed sports sessions. PE has been cancelled until the new year.
Homework will be given out on Thursday to be handed in on Tuesday.. Homework is sometimes given on paper but Google Classroom on Hwb is often used for weekly spellings and other types of learning. This should be checked regularly.
Home reading books will be taken home on Friday and can be returned on Monday the next week.
All payments to school (school dinners and trips) are online using the r.c.t. Pay It system.
