This week we have been celebrating Dydd Santes Dwynwen.
Dydd Santes Dwynwen is considered to be the Welsh equivalent to Valentine's Day and is celebrated on 25 January every year. It celebrates Dwynwen, the Welsh saint of lovers.

Class Information
Snack – Snack money is £1 per week. This enables us to provide the children with a variety of fruit every day. This money also pays for class treats. Could you please send this money in on a Monday morning in a labelled envelope. Children will not need to bring a snack to school each day.
School Dinners – The cost of school dinners is £2.40 per day or £12 per week. All dinner money needs to be paid on a Monday. All monies need to be put in an envelope with your child’s name and class clearly labelled.
School Clothing – Can you please ensure that all school clothing and coats are clearly labelled with your child’s name. As we spend lots of time using our outdoor spaces please can suitable outdoor clothing also be worn to school to suit the weather needs such as hats mittens etc.
Pupil Information – If you have changed addresses or phone numbers over the Summer, please pop the new information down on a piece of paper and give it to a member of staff.
Busy at home books – Children will bring home their books every Friday. There will be a small activity to complete at home over the weekend and a story to read together that they would have chosen from the library.
Out and About – Our out and About day is on a Wednesday afternoon the children will be exploring the surrounding environment. We will be going to the park and the woods on walks so wellies or old shoes on these days maybe a good idea.
